The Embassy of India is pleased to announce the Scholarship Scheme “Propagation of Hindi Abroad at Kendriya Hindi Sansthan” (Central Hindi Institute), Agra, India for the academic year 2010-11.
The Scheme is administered by the Kendriya Hindi Sansthan, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, Agra.
The age of the applicant should be between 21-35 years as on 20th May, 2010.
The selected applicant would be required to study at the Agra Centre of the Kendriya Hindi Sansthan.
The selected applicant would be provided to and fro economy class air-ticket under this Scheme in addition to admissible scholarship allowance.
During the period of study, the selected applicant would be required to stay at the Hostel of the Sansthan and would be provided vegetarian Indian food. No student would be allowed to stay outside hostel.
It may be noted that the selection of the candidates would be done by the Kendriya Hindi Sansthan, which can reject any application at its discretion without assigning any reason. Therefore, the submission of application does not guarantee grant of admission/scholarship.
